E3 Academy
INCOME AND ECONOMIC GROWTH
Engagement Empowerment Entrepreneurship (E3) Academy provides direction through a comprehensive business development training curriculum designed for both, youth (grades 8th - 12th) and adults. This academy helps participants develop business ideas, learn basic business vocabulary, write business plans, discuss and practice marketing, pitch business ideas to local leaders and investors, and learn ethical business practices needed to effectively engage their customers and communities.

LIVE WELL, BE WELL
Schizophrenia is a chronic brain disorder that affects about one percent of the population. When schizophrenia is active, symptoms can include delusions, hallucinations, trouble with thinking and concentration, and lack of motivation. However, when these symptoms are treated, most people with schizophrenia will greatly improve over time.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
Connecting communities to resources is key to the K. D. Mack Foundation’s mission of improving the quality of life through improving the awareness of the impact of dementia and schizophrenia in communities.
Voices of the Young People
This workshop is designed for young people interested in learning about the contributions and sacrifices made by people who were their age during a pivotal time in Mississippi history. Participants in this intensive workshop will be guided through four areas of development:
· Civil Rights and Social Justice
· Visual Arts Processing and Expression
· College and Career Readiness
· Ethics and Social Responsibility
